Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en ESPN (Gainesville, FL) en mar 2016
Entrevista
They asked a bunch of questions on the phone to get an idea of my background and personality. The interview process took a while. I had to keep checking the website on the status of my application. It's difficult to sit back and wait but there is no other way to get a hold of anyone because of the influx of applicants. I got a second call back but it felt more like they were looking for a way to rule me out of the equation rather than what they liked about me.

Phone call with the head of the program. Lots of information thrown out there. They'll ask question about sports. Don't have to know them all but you should. Plenty of people want to work there. Show them YOUR value.
Good interview process, everything was clear and good communication. They love to hire fans so knowledge on sports and the company is fundamental! the first phase of it though, is based mostly on basic interview questions and they are not hard to pass. Have a great mindset, relax and it will be fine.
Initial screening phone call, followed by a Zoom knowledge test for the position and then a final Zoom with multiple employees throughout the company with more targeted questions regarding working at the company.
