I had two interviews, both with the owner and second one also with another senior development manager. He had me send him examples of what I would do for concepts on a new licensed brand, which he didn't reply that he received, but did mention in our second interview that he did in fact receive them. Said he would get back to me in a few days. After both interviews, it took more then 3 weeks to hear back from him and the last interview, after 3 weeks I still did not receive a response. Partially, I think he was just very busy, but the other part made me think that it might be hard to work with someone who doesn't get back to you in a timely basis.
