      Pros: The careers/recruitment team is responsive and professional. They actually reply to candidates and provide feedback, which is rare for a company this size. Cons: The entire interview process felt misleading and unprofessional. I was told beforehand that the in-person interview would be a “regular interview” about my experience. However, the hiring manager suddenly threw in a surprise assessment at the start, which had to be completed by end of the interview in 15 minutes. A pen and a diary were given to me to complete the task (in 2025, really?). When I asked for more time, I was told there was a hard stop, so I had to take the assessment home. The feedback by the team was equally frustrating: They mentioned there were gaps in knowledge but I was also told I “spoke too fast and the manager was not able to catch everything that I had to say”, The manager never mentioned this during the interview or even cross-questioned if she did not understand something. As an international candidate, English is not my first language, still, I was fluent but holding someone's speed of speech against them without addressing it directly in the moment feels unfair. I was asked about my 5 year plan, even though I also mentioned I want to become a Head of Marketing/Director of Marketing at a tech company and then have something of my own, the manager failed to mention this to the careers team. Apparently, ambition is a negative here. Overall: The careers team may be polite, but the hiring process is disorganised, misleading, and leaves candidates blindsided. If you value transparency, respect for candidates’ time, and fairness, think twice before applying.
