Il processo di selezione è definito da 3 step:
1- Colloquio al telefono con HR
2- Colloquio faccia-a-faccia con Team leader
3- Colloquio faccia-a-faccia con Partner
Generalmente accedono ai colloqui il 5 persone su 120 applicanti e tra queste vengono selezionate 1/2 persone

The interview turned out to be a bit awkward, as I was not familiar with the processes of the consultant role (I want to highlight it was a junior position), and I was asking questions about the role. They may have resulted in never being notified back.

Het was een aangenaam gesprek met vriendelijke mensen. Je voelt je snel op je gemak en ze stellen niet al te moeilijke vragen. Het is een normaal gesprek tussen twee of drie personen waarbinnen je elkaar beter leert kennen.

More of a conversational style interview, I could ask questions during the interview. They asked lot's about my experience/background, specifically about climate modelling, quantitative skills, statistical analysis. The interview was done over teams and I was interviewed by 2 principle consultants.
