Difficult but fair interview process. Spoke with Founder/CEO and several board members over the course of a month. Interviews were focused sales process, prospecting strategies, quota attainment plan, industry knowledge, and how I've found success as a seller. There was also a strong focus on culture fit, and my long-term career goals. Would absolutely recommend ERIN for a place to grow your career as a salesperson or sales leader.

The ball is kept rolling, and isn't repeatative. They get to the point, wanting to know your background and past experience and how it is relevant to the role you're applying for. Then expecting a proposed action plan on how you'd enter ERIN and deliver.
