I've got a first interview with an internal recruiter, followed by a second interview with another internal recruiter. The second person wasn't knowing what role I was applying to, didn't know the salary range, and forwarded me to a couple of techincal interviews. I had to ask by email and on linkedin to get an update. After 10 days of silence, I've got a single line email stating, without any further explaination, that my application was rejected "based on the technical interview"

2 interviewer asked very basic questions reading from a list, most of the questions were testing more my memory than my actual skills: I work mostly on IaC or bash, but the first interview went through a list of "what is" questions. The second interviewer had quite a bad attitude, as if any answer was wrong.

Recruitment team post jobs in LinkedIn and then they change the job description and location, forces applicants to relocate , they'll never release offer letter as per job description posted. I had similar experience,
The hiring process on EPAM was great, they kept me posted on the process all the time. The hiring process seemed professional, unfortunately at the end I was not hired but I can recognized that EPAM would be great place to work
