I've applied directly for the role that I found on Linkedin for a position in the Netherlads. I had a first call with an internal recruiter over the phone that gave me a few insights about the role and company. The second stage was with other two managers, one in London and one in the Netherland was nice and relaxed. They asked me a lot of questions but they were quite transparent with what were their concerns about my background. The third and last stage was with another senior manager was TERRIBLE! He said some stuff about the industry that made me understand he is completely out of touch with the market. His way of conducting the interview was unpleasant and rude. He asked me a few times what's my strength and although I've mentioned it to him he didn't get it. I've received a message a few days after saying that I didn't get any offer because they couldn't understand how and where my skillset would fit inside the company and team.
