Standard interview, met with the person in charge of hiring RNs for the region. Asked me a few questions, told me what the job was like. I thought the interview went well but i followed up with the company two weeks later and never heard back from them.

Brief interview process, standard questions were asked by interviewer. They were looking for employees with plans for longevity with the company, and were not interested in new graduates at the time of my interview.

They asked basic interview questions about you like your strength and weaknesses and experience. The interview included staff members, manager, and supervisors. Overall it was nice speaking to the team members.
