The interview process was very informal. Great questions asked by the interviewer. There was no “trip up” questions. Was genuinely interested in my background. Having then taken the job and sat in more interviews, it’s very much the company style rather than the individual

I applied online on the website company. After a few days, I received a phone call inviting me to attend an informal video interview. The interviewees were two young girls. I am a mature student who graduated in journalism, I answered all their questions. I can say that they were not so prepared due to their young age. Indeed, I felt that they were unaware of other luxury brands except for trainers and tracksuits. They laughed all the time, showing unpoliteness and unprofessionalism. They asked how I stay updated about fashion; I answered with "Vogue business, British Fashion Council, and The UK Fashion & Textile Association (UKFT)" as I have special access to features as a journalist. Then research segmentation such as demographic, psychographic, behavioural, geographic, and firmographic segmentation. They laughed. As a journalist, I also showed the many fashion magazines I read, which I explained was only for my interest in the fashion layout. Another laugh for the magazine, which they found very 90`s. Overall, the interview was far from professional standards. I also looked at their copy on social media, and that is where I laughed, as it can be seen that copywriters at END nurseries level.
