Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en EN-POWER Group (New York, NY) en mar 2015
Entrevista
The interview happened in 4 steps.
1. Phone screen. This was a phone interview with a few of the engineers where they asked about items on my resume and my background and experience. It was very straightforward and exactly what you would expect.
2. The next step is a written and technical skill test. It is a pretty straightforward task on Excel and a few paragraph writing sample.
3. In-person Interview. This is where I came into the office and met face-to-face with a few of the engineers. They asked me more detailed questions about my resume and my experience. Again, it was very straightforward with no surprises or dumb personality questions.
4. The final interview was with HR. This is where the behavioral type questions and the typical interview questions got asked. They also ask for references at this point.
