received interview invitation via recruiting agency. met with development manager, who was impressed that I had toyed around with some education software. he talked about the position and that was the end of that. no real technical vetting. a few days later visited the facility and interviewed by a panel which included CEO. CEO was very abrupt and rude, but I figured it was a tactic so kept my poise. also the CEO at the time as different than the CEO they have now
