Really long and repetitive interviews. Out of 5 interviews one was with an external psicology consultant, 2 with division managers and 2 with HR. Also included a math/verbal test and other psicological questions.

Entrevista
Phone interview with very basic questions about resume, education. Followed up by a few online assessments. Second round interview takes place in a profit centre with a profit centre manager, which was more just a general meet and greet - without any real structured questions. Third round interview was a phone call with a higher up executive. Very upfront that they are looking for a specific type of person, this job isn't for everyone.
