Initial screen with HR, then a 2-hour take-home, and a fairly relaxed interview with some senior staff. HR was incredibly responsive throughout the process (often responding within minutes), and sent a follow-up email that they hadn't made a decision yet but would let me know. Good communication and there were a lot of green flags.
