IT helped a lot to feel good and avoid "stage-sickness" The process was long and hard, but getting to know the team and the expertise of the people was such a great experience. Maybe it was a bit chaotic, but after asking for the feedback and receiving it, they were pointing some short of personal due to the pandemic. This was no problem at all from my point of view since the entire feeling and experience was extremely positive.
