The interview process consisted of multiple stages, starting with an initial recruiter screening call, followed by a hiring manager interview, and a final round that included a mock cold call / role-play exercise. The recruiter call focused on my background, motivation for sales, and understanding of the SDR role. The hiring manager interview was more in-depth, covering my past sales or customer-facing experience, how I handle rejection, and my ability to meet targets. The final stage was the most challenging, where I had to demonstrate prospecting skills through a mock cold call scenario.
