The process started with a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn, then she called me and asked about my experience, and after someday they invited me to the first round of interviews which was technical with the lead engineer.
we discussed the situation and he asked some easy technical questions to know me better and gave me time to ask my questions and he answered them patiently.
After a few hours, they invited me for the next round of interviews which was 105 minutes and included a technical discussion with two engineers and behavioural with the product manager and general with the leader again.
They were friendly except for one of the engineers while I was describing my answers to other engineers he was laughing which gave me a bad feeling.
After a few days, I sent a follow-up email and they did not respond to me and even my WhatsApp messages were not answered, I got an email after a week that they decided against the whole hiring process without any detailed feedback!
I think when they have not decided to hire someone new for the team carefully should not start giving at least only 105 minutes to people!
And I deserved detailed feedback because I spent only 105 minutes in one round of interviews.
