The interview and hiring process were fairly straightforward and easy. HSEY likes to hire a younger demographic and hires a lot of recent grads. I interviewed with two separate managers while there in one-on-one settings. Everyone is very nice and the office has a young, fun vibe. They were very receptive and open with sharing their own experiences and positions.

Applied on their website and heard back 2 weeks later via phone asking for in person interview. Interview happened at their office with the Manager and Director. We met within a week of them calling. Got there, waited 15minutes to be brought upstairs and then waited 10 more minutes in a room until both parties arrived. The Manager was awkward and barely spoke while we waited.

Entrevista
There was a series of two interviews, with the lead Compliance Manager, then the Director of Compliance. The questions were fairly basic, as expected at any interview. They asked me to describe a few specific situations such as dealing with a conflict at work, working in a team, and providing customer service. They got back to me very quickly, within one week.
