The initial interview took place via Skype. The interview was informal. It seemed like the interviewer was inexperienced. The questions were basic and to be expected. The interviewer set up a follow-up interview with me for the next day where I would ask the questions and he would answer. After waiting on Skype for about 10 minutes for him to sign on and begin the interview, he sent me a message saying something had unexpectedly come up and he would contact me to reschedule. I thought that was very unprofessional. I never heard from him, and based on that interaction, I didn't follow up either. I then got an email 2 months later that the position was filled, fortunately I had already secured alternate employment.
