Two years ago, answered ad found on internet and was called back relatively quickly for interview. Got the impression that they are looking for people with relatively little experience as turn over seems rapid. Unclear about internal promotion possibility and it seems unlikely that pay increases are possible...reason for turnover?

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

Comfortable and positive. Questions were simple, wanted to get to know you as a person and what kind of work experience you have and how it aligns with the company and job title.
