The company contacted me and invited me to come for an interview. First, we began with one pre-screen phone interview to be sure I was competent and that I knew what job I was interviewing for. The in-person interview consisted of 4 1:1 interviews over 4 hours. The interviews went well and I received a call stating that I was a 'shoe in' for the job. Then, two weeks later I received a rejection email with no real explanation.
