There was no interview and I was quite pleased about that. They contact you and you study on your own (unpaid) for the qualification test. If you pass, you get the job. I think it's unfortunate that training is not paid for and whenever you want to brush up on content to rate better, it's on your own time. For interview difficulty below, I selected average because I consider the qualification test to be of average difficulty.
