Un entretient deux personnes responsables des ressources humaines puis un entretient de technique avec des personnes du site de Chatou. Avec des questions plutôt classique. Les deux entretiens sont deux épreuves différentes avec des personnes différentes.

Entrevista
I applied to the 2018 UK Graduate Scheme in Mechanical Engineering with EDF Energy. I was first invited to complete a situational judgement test and then a numerical ability test, both online. After passing both tests, I was invited for a strengths-based telephone interview by a recruiter. The recruiter started off by saying that a strengths-based interview is not a competency interview, and that if I were to use answers typically for a competency interview, it will not fit in well. I received a rejection via email two days after the interview. The next step of the process would have been an assessment centre.
I personally did not think it was structured very well. I expected them to explain a little about the job, then ask me to tell them about myself to start with. The recruiter is not an EDF Energy employee, so they went straight for the questions. Some questions were not of a typical strengths interview in my opinion. It did not seem like the recruiter had read or was in possession of my CV or application.
