First interview with the HR recruiter who asked the standard questions about why I wanted to leave my job, how my skills were relevant to the role and checked on one or two specific skills required for the role. This was then followed by a panel interview and subsequent individual interviews.

Tell us about a time you had to manage a difficult stakeholder.
Competency based questions and a quiz with energy conversions and scenarios. Need to show leadership, how you handle difficult situations and where you’ve acted above and beyond duty. The quiz was fine, power and energy questions showing how you can optimise a power station.
