Straightforward, and simple. Typical work experience, education, and personality style discussions. The entire experience was informal, and conversational. Very professional and calm atmosphere. I heard back next day with an offer.

We talked about my background and what he could see me potentially growing into. It was very laid back. He acted more like a friend just trying to get to know you. He gave me a tour of the office and lab. It was probably a 2 hour process. He enjoys talking and explaining things. It was a bad thing, but it probably could have been toned down to about an hour. I realized after being hired, I wasn't the only one who got the 2 hour treatment. It was every interview.

It was an easy process, nothing fancy. Higher position people were supposed to come and join the interview, but it was a one-to-one person interview. Interview process was not bad at all, questions were straightforward!

I reached the ECS office and waited for a couple of minutes. After that, I was interviewed by a Field Manager. To be honest, I was asked simple and easy questions.
Overall, the interview process was really smooth!
