I was contacted on LinkedIn by ECS HR with the headline, "You're the perfect fit for this position". I am a CPA with several years experience. Two months later, I responded, and the position was still available. Had a phone screen and was invited for a face-to-face interview the next week. They told me to apply online, complete an aptitude test, and provide my schedule for the next week. I did what they asked but never got to meet the partners as I got a rejection email. I must have done poorly on the aptitude test or it was something else. I wish them well. Hope they find the "perfect fit for the position"
