I got the interview within a day of applying. The process was smooth and pleasant. Just know the company, your motivation for applying, and the role itself. The interviewer was very relatable and flexible. She changed the interview plans to suit my needs.

I have had several interviews in the past few years and this has to be the worse interview experience ever, period. Everything about this company is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Few of the things that you may expect during the interview process (Key word: few things): - Ring you hours before or after the scheduled time. They will blame the "system" and never apologize. They will also not answer any of your simple questions because it's "confidential information". But they will not respect your personal boundary. They will ask you if you have been interviewing with other companies! - They need someone with years of experience and a solid third level degree but they expect you to accept a very low salary (just below average). You'll make more if you worked as a sales representative at Tesco. Their excuse? You have no experience working with the client you'll potentially work with. But how is it that even possible? - If you make it through the second phase of the interview, they will ghost you on the day of the assessment and then reschedule it, only to ghost you again. - They will NEVER reply to your emails. They have some sort of superior complexity and think they are the only company that are hiring. This company isn't looking for someone who is a better fit for the role, but for someone who will do the job at minimum wage. Because of their unprofessional behaviour and attitude, I withdrew from the interview process because it was utterly frustrating experience for me. My interview experience with this company has been the worst one I have had so far and it's very similar to the person who posted a review on here. Please do yourself a favour and do NOT apply for any role in this company.
