Interview process was very open and informative. I interviewed with my eventual supervisor and she was intelligent about their processes and needs. I asked questions about the business and the outlook in the short-term that, in fairness, she could not have known. I should have asked more questions of her and hopefully I will learn in the future to ask more questions of potential employers. She also had my eventual Team Lead come ask me more technical questions.
