I initially received a call from the HR manager of Eclof Kenya who told me that she had heard of me from various financial institutions and other managers who were former employers at Faulu kenya (my former employer). she invited me for an interview and later on called me again to offer me a job. later that evening she sent me an offer through mail and when i replied that i accepted it, she proceeded to prepare my employment documents. the culture of Eclof Kenya is not similar to Faulu Kenya. here work is not too much but work is not diversified, and one tends to do more. i like the people here very much even the way they treat one another especially if a colleague is leaving the company.
