For Pan India 2 rounds of interview both Technical. First will be Telephonic and second will be Face to face round. On Telephonic round they will judge your skills on the basis of Language assessment, Technical stuff, Networking, SDH, PDH knowledge. They want candidate who is multitasking and eager to learn new Technology.
