The interview process with Eblock was fairly standard based on my experience interviewing with similar companies. For the Internal communications manager role, I had interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager.

Seemed like the typical experience at first. Initial screening went great, then a couple more interviews as expected. I followed up multiple times only to be "kept warm" with unnecessary calls where I just kept being asked if I had more questions. I followed up yet again after I didn't hear anything back only to be ghosted after over 2 months of being strung along. Super bummed and disappointed that this is how it went down. Wish there was more transparency and respect for the candidate.
