This was a typical interview process. A recruiter emailed me and requested I take an assessment and requested my availability for two weeks . Then a phone interview was scheduled with an Executive Director. During the phone interview it sounded like they were getting ready for the day. I heard them making coffee and setting things up. Their questions sounded like they were making them up as they went along. It didn’t seem like the interviewer was prepared. They weren’t even really listening to my responses to their questions. It was distracting and unprofessional. One of the worst interviews I’ve been in. It’s been almost a month and I don’t know where I stand, because the recruiter has yet to follow up with me. I can only assume they’ve moved on with other candidates. This was a bad experience overall.
