A current employee submitted my resume and I got contacted for a 1st round phone interview after just two days. We set it up for the next week. The recruiter called on time, the interview lasted for around 25 minutes and she was very nice and responsive to what I said. At the end she told me she would be talking to the hiring team right after she got off the phone with me to choose candidates for an on-site interview, but would let me know either way. I got an email a week later that they didn't have a position for me.

Basic questions and then some tailored to research: Why did you choose your college/major; what is your writing style and how has it changed; tell me about the last research you did (with specifics), why are you interested in our company, etc
Stage 1: Cognitive ability assessment and personality assessment

Stage 3: Writing assignment and two video interviews
The entire process took roughly a month, starting with the cognitive ability and personality assessments. The phone interview was roughly 3 weeks later and the third stage occurred within the next week

Horrible. NEVER interview with these psychopaths. 3 hours of h3ll with the dumbest, rudest people ever. Awful experience. Run and don’t turn back.
Incompetent, condescending, horrible sense of communication and rejected me 2.5 months after having interviewed. Lots of stupid assignments as well, that are proctored.

It does seem like a good company, but the process was so thorough and time consuming. First is a CCAT test, which they sent me almost immediately after reviewing my application. After a few weeks, someone from HR contacted to set up a phone interview. That went well/ was easy and they were really nice. Another HR person set up a 3 and half hour Zoom interview with two new interviewers. This was pretty intense. They proctor you as you take theCCAT again, which seemed stupid to me. There was a 30 minute interview with a research team member and she asked pretty standard questions (nothing super unexpected, but some stumped me a little). The simulation exercise was a little ridiculous. They give you some info and 30 minutes to prep before the interview. You are expected to give a research brief about a random topic and they ask you a bunch of questions. I thought this was really tough. The last part involved writing a professional email. I didn’t feel great about it all, especially the simulation excercise because it was so random and kind of relied on the applicant having some knowledge of market research. The worst part is they took their sweet time sending their decision even after I emailed them multiple times for updates.
