Submitted application and was quickly invited to interview over Skype. Interview questions were quite brief and typical, "strengths, weaknesses, interest in position, etc." There was no follow-up after interview at all on the next steps in the process, I assume there was no further interest in my application.

"What Challenges have you had in your experience as a researcher?"
Reasonable process, I felt as though as steps were appropriate and effectively measured my qualifications. Some interviews were back to back which was a bit exhausting, but overall a good experience.

Tell us about a project that did not go as planned. How did you respond to any failures and what did you take away for future projects?
Interviewer did not call at our scheduled time. No email or follow up on why. It seems that they had filled the position but failed to cancel our interview slot.

The initial interview was easy, however I was told I would be contacted in a week on my application. Instead of reaching out to say that I was denied I have been completely ghosted by the company. I interviewed about three weeks ago I understand that they may have decided to not move forward with my application but to simply leave me hanging is just unprofessional.
