Pathetic process. HR who has no technical knowledge took initial phone screening asking me java questions. L1 round interviewer was very unprofessional in the way he talks. He kept interrupting me while I always giving my answers. Very rude tone also. I got selected for L2 round where it was more of managerial where no deep technical questions were asked. Only challenges faced and project architecture overview. But then I was not selected coz they thought I do not have deep technical knowledge. To judge that they first need to ask technical questions themselves. Do not waste time with this company. Worst interview experience ever.

Entrevista
No offer released for me even after completing all the rounds including HR. They called and gave the joining date, but however i haven't received an offer letter yet. I had total 4 rounds including HR. First 2 rounds are technical and the third round with Director in office (They called me for F2F) and then the final round with HR. After having all these they took 2 days of time for offer letter processing but however i haven't received yet. I attended and finished all these rounds last 2 Weeks back till today i was doing follow-ups.

Without introducing himself neither asking me to introduce about me and my project and technologies I worked, he just started with one question which was picked from geeks for geeks before completing it he said I'm done n ended interview within 10 mins.. if you try to judge a candidate without hearing anything from him and with just one question which was picked from internet it shows HR failure in identifying right interviewer ..
