I had a very disappointing experience. I usually never give feedback on the interview process whether it's good or bad. In E Tech Group, the recruiter scheduled an interview, and I invested significant time preparing for it. However, they never called. After waiting for an hour, I tried reaching out through the provided email and contact number, but there was no response. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, they completely ignored me. I wouldn't recommend candidates waste their time with this organization.

Not a single question was asked because they never called at the scheduled interview time nor after.
I was initially scheduled for an interview with the recruiter and they never called. I sent a text and an email but got no response. A week later they emailed with another interview scheduling email. Scheduled again - this time they called. Recruiter told me that she would get back to me in 48hrs after talking to hiring manager. Been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back. Extremely unprofessional. I've never had such a bad interview experience.

First, you will get a screening call which will last for about 15 min during which they will ask about coursework, projects, and interest for this particular job. No matter how good of a job you do during interview they will not get back to you.
