Standard online application followed by online tests. Got through to the phone interview which was fairly standard with questions as expected, except one on e.ons competitors, which when I asked for clarity I was told would just be skipped over (not sure if this negatively impacted my application). I was told I passed the benchmark but they were still conducting interviews so wouldn't know for a while if I had a place at an assessment centre.
