I have applied on-line, than had a phone interview and then an assessment center. The phone interview was not so long, they've asked me about by intentions (e.g. how long would I stay at the company, about my education and salary things. This was in Hungary, the interview was in hungarian, but there was an english "test" too. The AC was about a day long. This was going to be my first full time job.
