45 seconds into the interview I could detect a strong hint of arrogance and disconnect by this manager. He seemed to lack the proper communication skills needed to supervise others. Certain equipment wasn't talked about on the facility tour. Most of the way through the tour he appeared in the interview process but was still given a job offer. (Why??) Confusing trying to understand the specific skill level this company desires in their hiring process.

Met with the manager of the dept. he asked very specific questions and I felt like he cared about who he wants on his team then I met a floor supervisor who asked me more questions and showed me around the shop...I was impressed at the type of machines and work they do
