I applied on the Dynetics website, and a little over a week later I received a call to schedule a time for a phone interview. The phone call was pretty standard. First, I was told a little about what Dynetics does and then a little bit about the types of projects I might end up working on. I was then asked a few questions, some technical, some relating to my work ethic, and asked a little about what my experience levels are in various areas and with various programming languages. Then, I was allowed to ask some questions and I was told they would get back to me soon.

30 min phone interview with background and technical questions. Not a hard interview, but make be prepared. Be sure to study up on some basic object oriented programming concepts, protocols, and threading to answer the questions well.
