I filled out the application & I was called to schedule an interview. After the interview I recieved a call to be offered the position. I accepted and my physical & drug test was scheduled. The background check is extensive so when asked about your background make sure you don't leave out any information. They will hire people with felonies (I don't have any but many people have asked me about their policy on this). However, make sure you don't leave anything off because they will see it upon completion of the background check and they will not hire you if you are not completely forth coming.

Are you willing to work overtime (which was 7 days a week with a minimum of 8 hours a day, sometimes 12 hour shifts if needed) and are you able to work in the heat?
