I did a phone screen first then scheduled a Skype Interview. They want you to meet / talk to everyone at the office to make sure everyone likes you and to see if you would be a good fit. I "met with at least 5 different people" I can say everyone with the exception of one higher up is extremely friendly and easy going. They all just asked about background and about your resume and made some small talk. HOWEVER I can say I was absolutely shocked when one of the recruiters asked me how old I was. This is a recruiting agency and that is NOT an acceptable question to ask someone. I did answer honestly however I am still shocked I was asked that. Also to note, one of the managers (different person from the person who asked my age) did state they "tend to higher younger people" which I feel isn't something that should be said either. All in all it took way too long to get back to me. No follow up at all almost two weeks after the interview which took an hour or so. I had to follow up to ask for an update to which I finally got a response.

I was sourced by the company and went through a phone screening followed by an in-person interview. The interview process involved meeting with 5 employees as well as both business partners. Meeting with so many of the employees was a very positive experience and helped me get a great feel for the business. Everyone was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
