Submitted my resume online directly to the job posting on their careers website. Received a call from the hiring manager in the next few days to review my resume and to set up an interview with supervisors from the Client Administration team. Met with two interviewers and had an hour long interview. One phone interview, in person, and then a subsequent follow up phone call.
