They then invited me in for an in person interview with the new Operations Manager and an employee who had been there for many years. After a few days or a week they called me and extended an offer. We went back and forth a couple times for salary negotiation and came to an agreement a drop under what I was looking for but I believe a chunk more than they originally wanted to pay. My sense was that the organization was doing well and simply needed more tech support to handle the growing number of clientele. People seemed nice and professional, everyone well dressed.
