Pretty standard initial outreach to establish if Im still interested and set up time to come in for the in office interview. I was local so was easy to come in. Meeting in person with the hiring manager, focusing mainly on my professional background, but got reasonable insight on what the company is all about. Interview didn’t seem super structured or anything, more around rapport.
