I applied to the position posted online through their CSUSA careers portal. Emailed the individual school HR Manager my resume and then called the front office to see if I could come in for a meeting about possible employment. She looked over my resume, emailed me back to set up an interview and after that I was offered the job. Some times they call back for a second interview depending on what you are applying for and what they are looking for.
