Entrevista
My interview at Dutch Bros. was 90% personality questions and 10% problem solving questions. I had two interviews- the first one was at a hiring party, and the second one was about a week later after they made their first round of cuts.

Describe yellow to a blind person (Yes they did ask me that)
Super relaxed and nice people. Definitely come with a great personality and open mindset. Prepare to come with experiences from previous jobs to speak to. Not very intimidating if you bring the right energy and mindset.
There was a first round interview with multiple candidates and four interviewers, and a final round with the Operator at our stand. The first interview can be tricky since there are many candidates. Ultimately, they look for people who are very genuine and kind.

Entrevista
The interview is a fairly relaxed process. You should dress appropriately, but definitely okay to dress on the more casual side. Most of the questions are based on your personality.
