Very thorough in their interview process. After applying online I received an email from HR stating they would like to interview me and outlined the whole process. First stage was a telephone interview which lasted around an hour. Following that I was invited to an assessment day which lasted around 6 hours. This consisted of three interviews each focusing on different behaviours, skills etc probed past work experience. This finished with having to give a 15 minute presentation.
