Initial phone screen, 1:1 interview, Case Study Interview, On Site interview. Duo has an exceptional interview process. I truly felt their process allows them to evaluate your skills and fit, but also provides you the opportunity to learn about the company and the job. The case study was challenging and fun and helped me get a good sense of what the job would be about. The recruiting team was exceptionally helpful and responsive. They introduced me to other Duo employees so that I could ask questions and get a better understanding of the company culture.

There were four interviews. 1) With an Internal Recruiter who speaks about your experience and what you are looking to do, about 30 min 2) With the hiring manager, about 90 minutes 3) You are given an assignment to do a case study and separately, write a one page PRD. This is expected to take 5 - 10 hours. Then you present the case study and review the PRD, about 60 minutes. 4) Invitation to the office where you may meet many of the people you would work with.
