It is best when you know someone like the manager or the crew member, in my own case, i knew a crew member who put in word with the manager for me. But you must have your green card if you are a non-us citizen, your social security number. The interview process is basically questions on your background etc

It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
