In order to get an interview, I went in and asked to speak with a manager about a potential job opportunity. It is important to choose a slow time in the restaurant to do this or it will backfire. Once I was called and asked to come in for an interview, I was surprised by the fact that the general manager and one of the supervising managers were sitting at the same table. Both asked me questions although the general manager looked distracted the entire time.
